Paid for a job well done
Why pay is for work done properly, as agreed
The story
Kip agrees to wash the family car for KES 100. He splashes water on it for two minutes and shouts, “Done!”
The big idea
People who do careful work get asked again. That’s true at home, and in every job when you grow up.
Ask at home
Ask your child what “done well” looks like for one of their tasks.
