Change my PIN
Pick a new 4-number PIN from the Me tab. You need your old one.
How to do it

Tap Me at the bottom.

Find My sign-in PIN and tap Change.

Type the PIN you use now in Old PIN.

Type your new 4 numbers in New PIN, then the same 4 again in Again.

Tap Save new PIN. Use it next time you sign in.
A good PIN - 4 numbers. - Hard to guess. myKesho says no to ones like 1234, 1111 or 2580. - Not your birthday. - Different from your old PIN.
Your parent gets a message that you changed your PIN. That helps keep you safe.
Tip: a wrong old PIN counts as a wrong try. 5 in a row and you’re locked out for a while.

It says my old PIN isn’t right.
Check you typed the PIN you use now, not the new one. If you forgot it, ask your parent to reset it.
It says my PIN is too easy.
Try 4 numbers that aren’t in a row or all the same. Mix them up.
