I forgot my PIN or username
Your parent can find your username and give you a new PIN. Don’t keep guessing.
How to do it

Stop guessing. 5 wrong PINs in a row locks you out for a while.

Go and find your parent.

Forgot your username? Ask them to look in their app, under your name.

Forgot your PIN? Ask them to reset it from your page in their app.

Sign in with your username and the new PIN.
Locked out? After 5 wrong PINs in a row, you wait 15 minutes. If it happens again, you wait 1 hour. Your parent gets a message when this happens.
When your parent resets your PIN, you are unlocked straight away.
What does a username look like? Most are your name, a dot and your family name, like shiro.wanjiku. Small letters only. Once you’re in, you can see it on the Me tab, under your name.

Can myKesho tell me my PIN?
No. Nobody at myKesho will tell you your PIN. Only your parent can give you a new one.
How long am I locked out?
15 minutes the first time, then 1 hour. Or ask your parent to reset your PIN to unlock it now.
